DESCRIPTION

In the world of trail running, a "40km mountain race" represents a real sporting challenge while remaining achievable for most trail runners. It is in this spirit that the SkyTour Matheysin was designed: a 42km course which encompasses the paths and passes of the Matheysine, with both rolling and hilly passages, with steep climbs and beautiful descents.

The race is therefore intended to be challenging while presenting less technicality than the SkyRace and the SkyTrail. However, it retains the adventurous characteristic of skyrunning, with some passages on ropes and the presence of snow on at times.

Like the SkyTrail, the SkyTour is intended to take place every year, maintaining the same distances.
